World renowned pop star and actress, Ariana Grande, will be performing across the country for her most recent and award winning album, “Eternal Sunshine.” She will be touring in the United States and London, United Kingdom.

“It may not look exactly like it did before, but I much prefer how it looks in my head. I am having fun. I feel grateful and excited and inspired,” Grande said on Instagram. “Finding a balance between many projects and endeavors I love, and doing it my own way, so I’m working on a plan to sing for you all next year; even if it’s just for a little.”

On Sept. 7, Grande won three of her seven nominations at the “Video Music Awards” (VMAS) for her seventh studio album “Eternal Sunshine.” This was the first time in five years that Grande had attended the VMAs. Her awards include: Video of the Year – “Brighter Days Ahead”, Best Pop Artist, and Best Longform Video – “Brighter Days Ahead.” The album has also topped No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart on March 23, 2024, surpassing artists like Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign.

“Thank you so much,” Grande said in her speech at the 2025 VMAs.  “Oh my god, this is so kind, thank you so much… I have to say thank you first and foremost to my fans. I love you with every fiber of my being…” “I just want to say, these videos that mean so much and define us as artists forever take a village, so I would really like to thank the village…I love you so much…”

Grande has teased and alluded to this tour throughout the past year in social media posts and interviews. In an interview with Variety at the Oscars in March, Grande mentioned she will not go on tour anytime soon, but she did express that she had something in mind. Some fans have had speculations for months that she would go on tour, and they were right. Others were surprised because they thought she wouldn’t go on tour again since she is working on many different projects.

“I was in Mrs. Woodward’s class and she was playing Ariana Grande, and I was like ‘Oh my gosh,’ so I looked her up and saw the tour dates announced,” junior Hurley Lucckese said. “So, I started screaming and I started crying I thought she wasn’t ever going to tour again, but I mean, it’s been so long and she’s doing all the ‘Wicked’ stuff and all that, so I didn’t think she was going to do all that.”

On Aug. 28, 2025, Grande announced she will be going on her “Eternal Sunshine Tour” next year. Tickets for the tour went on sale on Sept. 9 for presale and Sept. 10 for general admission on Ticketmaster in the U.S. The tickets sold out in minutes, and fans had complaints of how hard it was to get in the queue. The tour will start in Oakland, California at the “Oakland Arena” on June 6, 2026. Each location will have a minimum of two shows per venue. Grande has also expanded the tour by adding 15 new shows in certain locations. The entire tour will now have 41 shows. Grande will conclude the tour on Sept. 1, 2026 in London, UK at “The O2.” As of right now, there are no known openers for Grande’s tour.

“I was planning on going, but they were all sold out, so I can’t go,” sophomore Emma Copeland said. “I was in line on Ticketmaster, it was really strange, but once I finally got on it, it was really annoying, because everyone I knew kept getting tickets.”
