Mr. Pete Coen

Mr. Pete Coen, a Special Education teacher, served our country in the United States Marine Corps (USMC) from 1976 to 1982. Coen’s best memories come from the best friends he made while in service, all while traveling to places like Japan and Puerto Rico. Coen also shares a few morsels of knowledge from his many experiences in service. “My time in the service taught me many things [like] patience and perseverance, or to get the job done then you can relax,” says Coen. “And nothing is impossible if you put your best effort into it.”
