The best way to describe the Town of Louisa is a heart. Citizens are close, caring, and appreciative of others. The Town’s motto is “the heart of it all” due to being the center of culture and commerce in the county.

  Even though some areas of Louisa have grown tremendously, the town has remained warm and welcoming, while continuing to enhance services to citizens. The main street has many well- preserved historic buildings.
