One word to describe our town; busy. We are a DMV Select branch office that does not require an appointment in order to do your DMV transactions.

One unique aspect of the town is that we have a very wide main street. Since we used to be a busy mining town, a wide roadway allowed for future expansion.

For a small town we have a very large Farmers Market which is held on Saturdays, May through October. Walton Park provides a space for kids to play, pets to run, a pavilion, and a stage for musical entertainment.
