LCHS new mentorship program information

LCHS+new+mentorship+program+information

Senior Alexis Chapman is coordinating her Governor’s School project through the CTE program at LCHS and her mentorship program is nothing short of exciting.

This new mentorship program would involve all grade levels and students can be involved as either the mentor or the mentee. Freshmen and sophomores would be mentees and juniors and seniors would be the mentors.

The program would allow students to connect with one another and upperclassmen could offer advice and wisdom to underclassmen with similar post-high school plans.

Underclassmen would gain advice in navigating through high school as well as how to prepare for their futures and the steps they can take now to be successful after graduation.
