LCHS football players have been prepping for the big semifinal playoff game tonight since their 35-14 win over E.C. Glass last Friday.

  “I have been watching film and rehearsing different scenarios with my teammates so if we get into certain situations that are tough, we will be prepared for it,” senior Jordan Smith said.

  Last Friday’s outcome changed the team’s perspective of their ability to win.

  “We were the underdogs and everybody thought we would lose. We just encourage each other and push each other so it works and we’re going to continue to do that,” Smith said.

  The Lions travel to Salem tonight for the next round of playoffs. Kickoff is at 7 pm, so make sure to come support our players!
