PowderPuff is coming in hot this year with lots to offer. Sponsored and organized by the Yearbook staff, girls from each grade will compete for a first place title and the start of Pride Wars points! For more information on Powderpuff, go look at our other article by Katelynn Jones.

The games take place in The Jungle on Oct. 19 at 6:30 PM. In order to play, interested parties must attend the mandatory meeting on Thursday, Sept. 22 in the cafeteria during club time.

A $5 entry fee and a permission slip will be due to the yearbook class Friday, Sept. 23. The staff will be accepting money and forms from 7:40-8:00 on the landing above the cafeteria. The sign-ups are “first come first serve,” and the first 20 people from each grade will be taken. The money will also cover a team shirt.

Practices prior to the game will be mandatory for coaches and players. The first practice will be during club time Oct. 6, and the second the day of the game at 5:30 on the field.

Come out to The Jungle to support not only the Yearbook, but also your grade for a shot at Pride War points!
