The Grammys have concluded, and with it many awards were given out and many artists performed their songs. Before the Grammy for Best New Artist was awarded, all the nominees for the award performed one of their songs.
“The latter half of the Best New Artist medley offered a soulful blend of artistry,” USAToday writers Patrick Ryan and Anna Kaufman said.

The artist, Olivia Dean, was the winner of said category. Dean won the category coming off of her 2025 release, “The Art of Loving”.
“Best New Artist winner Olivia Dean brought ‘70s disco flair to her ‘Man I Need‘ performance,” Ryan and Kaufman said. “With a flippy red minidress and sky-high heels, Dean’s bouncy curls moved in excitement with the beat.”
After this award was given out, two artists performed songs at the Grammys, Justin Bieber and Lady Gaga. Bieber went out onto the stage to perform his song “Yukon”, and artist Lady Gaga also performed “Abracadabra”, a song from her 2025 album, “Mayhem”.
“Blinding white lights flickered, giving the audience small flashes of Lady Gaga as she took the 68th Grammy Awards stage Sunday,” Los Angeles Times staff writer Itzel Luna stated. “Gaga’s voice overpowered Crypto.com Arena, her robotic movements captivating the audience as she performed a rock version of her Grammy-winning hit ‘Abracadabra.’”
Later in the event, the winner for the Song of the Year category was revealed. The winner of this category was Billie Eilish for her song “WILDFLOWER”, released in 2024.

A little after Tyler’s performance, the award for the category Record of the Year was unveiled. The winner for this category was the song “luther” by Kendrick Lamar with SZA alongside the producers of the song.
“Unlike the Grammy’s Song of the Year award, which is awarded to the songwriters, the Record of the Year trophy is given to the artists, as well as the producers, engineers, mixers, and mastering engineers.” Jeff Benjamin of Forbes said.
Before the award for Album of the Year was revealed, artists Pusha T, Malice, and Pharrel Williams took the stage to perform the song “So Far Ahead”. This song came from the 2025 album released by rap duo Clipse, “Let God Sort Em’ Out”.
“The super producer and hip-hop duo Clipse (aka Malice and Pusha T) closed out the ceremony by bringing the audience to church,” Ryan and Kaufman of USAToday said. “Pharell offered delicate vocals, so angelic, it takes a beat to listen in and realize the lyrics are far from hymn-like.”
The final award is one of the biggest categories at the awards ceremony. The category of Album of the Year, highlighting an entire album and the music as a whole. The winner for this category was Bad Bunny’s 2025 album ‘DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS’.
