The Ashley Hoffman group donated to this year’s Lion Pride Run and to the Lions Roar. Their donation will grant students money to pursue a higher education and will fund the newspaper to buy new equipment and cover hosting costs.

Born and raised in Louisa, Hoffman began real estate 20 years ago. In 2019, she took the jump to branch out on her own and established the Ashley Hoffman group. The group consists of Ashley Hoffman, Grayson Hoffman and Raeanne Henson.

Hoffman’s track record speaks for itself as she was the top producing agent in Lake Anna for the past four years. In 2022, the group generated over $96,000,000 in sales. Her expertise in the area allows for her to provide the best experience for her clients.

My primary goal as a real estate agent is to accomplish my clients’ goals as fast and effectively as possible,”Hoffman said. “[I want to] provide an easy customer experience for them.”

She feels that real estate creates an opportunity for her to make connections with families and to leave her mark on the community.

“I love helping people in my community buy and sell homes that are special to them and their families,” Hoffman said. “I get to help people find special places to make memories.”

Her fondness for Louisa adds to her ability to fulfill her clients needs by empathizing with them.

“I love the small-town feel of Louisa County,” Hoffman said. “I feel like I know almost everyone, and it’s the special place [in] which my childhood memories grow.”

As a Louisa graduate, Hoffman tries to support Louisa County Public Schools as much as possible. Her donation will be used to improve the education of students at LCHS.

“I adore and support everything that is Lion and Lion Pride,” Hoffman said.

As Lousia continues to expand, some worry that the county will lose its small-town feel. However, this isn’t a worry of Hoffmans.

“In ten years, I believe Louisa will still have its small-town charm and closeness, but we will see a few more businesses that do a great job serving residents of Louisa”

Thank you to The Ashley Hoffman Group for the kindness you have shown LCPS.
